So bad don’t even bother Albert mix Botox with other thinks so much that Botox don’t even last in your face more than one month … at first I was happy he’s cheapest but I realised u have to pay double cos Botox doesn’t work and he’s not very good with fillers as well anyways it’s what I do and I didn’t see any results

Beautiful company and people are so friendly and helpful . Receptionist was really friendly and made you feel comfortable and showed us to a waiting room which was amazing! Gaby and Dr Rob was amazing too explaining everything to me and giving me more options. I had an email from Gaby the same day which is really impressive. Thank you for making me feel at ease. Cannot recommend them enough.

Dr Anh has the most kind and warm personality. She makes you feel at ease the moment you start talking to her. Dr Anh was very supportive throughout making my surgery decision and was upfront with all information and risks involved, making me feel at ease. She is passionate and extremely good at what she does. On the day of surgery she came in for a chat before hand and came to check on me after. I really can't say enough kind things about her, she is a wonderful and successful woman while being so down to earth. Thank you Dr Anh, and to all of your support team as well.

Unfortunately poor customer service by reception staff when arriving. I had asked for help as the pre-screening forms on the tablet were not loading. The staff member seemed annoyed that I had asked, however, no clear instructions were given, initially I was rushed into the process.I also believe the waiting room for the medicals could be more comfortable and inviting, it felt uneasy, more space between patients is needed (especially with COVID)(especially if you’re the only female in the room).All staff during the medical process we’re excellent and made me feel comfortable. However, I unfortunately won’t be returning again.

An experience made easy, painless and without anxiety by such professional staff. My earlobe repair surgery was done two weeks ago, the stitches out today and the result is great. Thanks so much for helping me. Gail

Just recently had a mole removed at the Medisculpt Clinic with nurse Kipling & I have never felt so happy & confident! I had a dark mole removed off my face which has been a huge insecurity of mine & within seconds it was gone. I cant thank Kipling enough for being so kind & professional, I was super nervous leading up to my appointment but he made me feel so comfortable! For anyone thinking about it, don’t hesitate! Tassia Anderson, the Practice Experience Manager, who liaised with me throughout my consultation and booking process excelled at her job. She was at all times efficient, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. She made my experience so much easier to navigate! Dr Murray was also very attentive and listened to and addressed my concerns during the consultation.
